Planning application for Childcare facility granted in Brent

After close to a year’s worth of preparation, we are delighted to announce that our application for Childcare on Domestic Premises was granted in the London Borough of Brent.

We prepared a transport report, management plan, architectural drawings and a supporting statement. The proposed development would co-locate educational and social infrastructure with housing, without any material loss of housing.
