We found your assistance and presentation to be of a very high standard. You kept us informed of all aspects of the case. As you were well aware, we have come up against quite a few obstacles with the Council, but with your skill and expertise in conversing with the relevant people, we had overcome these obstacles. A fantastic service. Due to MZA, we now have approved plans enabling us to build the house of our dreams (with rear extension, loft extension and side extension). These were not straight forward plans but MZA worked with us and the council to ensure they were passed.
