We found your assistance and presentation to be of a very high standard. You kept us informed of all aspects of the case. As you were well aware, we have come up against quite a few obstacles with the Council, but with your skill and expertise in conversing with the relevant people, we had overcome these obstacles. “When the Council first declined our extension project, I was gutted… only to find that we could do as much, if not more, under Permitted Development, on the advice of our architect.
