I was very pleased with the result, however, it took time.

I used MZA to help with my application for planning permission to replace the shopfront of my cafe. After doing some research on a few planning consultants and reading some exemplary reviews I chose to go with MZA Planning. Firstly their reviews and the testaments of their previous customer are fully merited! They not only provide such a professional and transparent service, their price is more than competitive, its value for money. As a first time business owner, I found the application process daunting and extremely protracted, especially being in green conservation area. MZA took care of everything, from site surveys, CAD drawings to the arguments in the application. They advised and updated me on every step of the process, and more importantly, chased and hounded the council when they fell behind. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, especially in their set up of a customer specific dropbox which you can access at anytime and view all documents pertaining to the case and also the clear breakdown of their invoices. It also feels like they have the whole team behind you, not just one dedicated representative but multiple staff in their company communicating with you so that you will always get a prompt reply from someone to deal with any queries you may have. I want to thank the whole team especially Mr Yousuf, Molly, Monica, and Amelia. I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.
