If you’re contemplating any planning project you will need a good team, our project took over a year to achieve and the second time in over 10 years that I’ve worked with Yussuf/MZA. I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. In took lots of stress away from us as there were so many things that came with applying for planning permission that we simply did not understand. MZA were really efficient and constantly kept us updated throughout the process. We of course had our application GRANTED! We have since built our outbuilding but recently ran into some other, separate issues. I contacted MZA for some advice as I did not know who else to turn to and they were extremely helpful and empathetic which we really needed during that time. MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant. The entire organisation have been consistently and flawlessly professional throughout, have provided a steadying hand when needed and a relentless tenacity for success that would have you believe this was their own personal journey. The duration of this process extended to 18 months, throughout which MZA provided an honest, meticulous and personalised service – I can’t recommend them highly enough. Yussuf and Bho were great, they were patient and persistent with a very difficult planning dept at Hounslow – It was hard work but we got an acceptable result in the end!
