After many months of trying to have sensible conversations with the planning department at Hounslow, I was worn down to the point of giving up. At every opportunity Hounslow simply said NO and maintained a desire to show no common sense and almost demonstrated an appetite to simply play games because they could. It was all very depressing until one day I received a post card through my door after my third rejected planning application. The post card was from MZA. A local, professional planning consultancy that suggested that they could help. I was very sceptical but thought that it was worth paying for a brief consultation.
