I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. In took lots of stress away from us as there were so many things that came with applying for planning permission that we simply did not understand. MZA were really efficient and constantly kept us updated throughout the process. We of course had our application GRANTED! We have since built our outbuilding but recently ran into some other, separate issues. I contacted MZA for some advice as I did not know who else to turn to and they were extremely helpful and empathetic which we really needed during that time. Due to taking their advice on board, the outcome was positive. I would absolutely recommend using MZA.

I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. We had also given up, and then by chance MZA contacted us and explained how they could help. To be honest, I did not think we would get anywhere but MZA put forward a very well researched case on our behalf and managed to appeal and obtain the permission we needed. MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to. I concluded that it helps hugely to have a professional team to deal with the council and MZA were excellent in planning and presenting a novel approach to make planning approval a no-brainer. The team (Bho, Yusuf and Anita) were excellent and got me through the process with a minimal amount of stress, so if you are dealing with council planning, I would recommend a talk with MZA – you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
