MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant. The entire organisation have been consistently and flawlessly professional throughout, have provided a steadying hand when needed and a relentless tenacity for success that would have you believe this was their own personal journey. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.
