I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. In took lots of stress away from us as there were so many things that came with applying for planning permission that we simply did not understand. MZA were really efficient and constantly kept us updated throughout the process. We of course had our application GRANTED! We have since built our outbuilding but recently ran into some other, separate issues. I contacted MZA for some advice as I did not know who else to turn to and they were extremely helpful and empathetic which we really needed during that time. Due to taking their advice on board, the outcome was positive. I would absolutely recommend using MZA.

I have found Yussuf and his team at MZA Planning to be a trustworthy, reliable and professional business. They stopped enforcement action from Ealing Council, prepared a new planning application for me and supported me step by step through a lengthy appeals process which took over 12 months. Today, I received a successful appeal decision notice from The Planning Inspectorate – all down to the application that MZA expertly prepared. Nothing is ever a problem for Yussuf and his team and their pricing is very reasonable too. 5-star business, glad I found them! Will be using them in the future for business and personal planning applications.

A fantastic service. Due to MZA, we now have approved plans enabling us to build the house of our dreams (with rear extension, loft extension and side extension). These were not straight forward plans but MZA worked with us and the council to ensure they were passed.

I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.
