Thank you for your very useful, reliable service and for keeping me informed on a regular basis throughout the case. Your full knowledge of town planning system was very useful in achieving the satisfactory end result. I would strongly recommend your services
MZA had to conduct a demanding process of negotiation with, on the one hand, the multi-disciplinary design team taking on board the complexities of legislation and on the other, the local planning authorities. MZA are thorough in all aspects of the parts of the assignments they undertakes, despite the complexities he has been able to develop good working relationships on all fronts and is productive, not least in the patient preparation of responses to difficult multi-facated queries and scrutiny.
We found Bhoseok Nam to be very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us well informed and communicated well with the planning authorities. And his efforts led to an expeditious and satisfactory result. Very impressive.
I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal. My appeal took just under 4 weeks to be allowed, this must be a record. MZA must have a magic potion!!! I will recommend them to everyone.
“I can only thank you and the rest of the team for your help with this successful appeal. We’ve been impressed by the quality and professionalism shown throughout. We wouldn’t have reached this outcome by ourselves”.
A reliable and excellent service.
“When the Council first declined our extension project, I was gutted… only to find that we could do as much, if not more, under Permitted Development, on the advice of our architect. As the work was pretty much finished, a council worker visited the property and rejected everything we had done as unlawful. They soon voted the demolition of our project, which left me baffled as I was quite sure we had followed PD rules and saw no rationale for their conclusion! Enter MZA planning: from his first visit to the property, even before we contracted him, Yusuf was helpful and gave us an honest opinion on our position, without charging us anything… When we decided to appeal the decision, he was an obvious choice… His deep knowledge of the intricate Council process proved invaluable and yes, we won the appeal!!! I cannot recommend his firm highly enough… Next time, I will make sure I enlist his help straight from the start of any project! A Huge Thank you!”
I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. We had also given up, and then by chance MZA contacted us and explained how they could help. To be honest, I did not think we would get anywhere but MZA put forward a very well researched case on our behalf and managed to appeal and obtain the permission we needed. I would recommend anyone who is having similar issues with the local authority to contact MZA.
I was very happy with the service all the way to the successful end.
These guys never disappoint! I cannot thank Mr Yussuf and his team enough, every email and every phone call was either dealt with or returned. Great customer service which is always a major key in any business. We went with previous architects and had absolutely no hope after being rejected. I approached MZA and they reassured me they can help. Literally went through 12 rounds with the council and was knocked down every single round. MZA prepared a professional strategy highlighting all the councils concerns on my project and it was finally approved. They do not just read off a screen and reel you in, they will tell you how it is and very straightforward and honest business. I cannot thank you guys enough.
Our StoryOur planning consultants oversee a range of cases on a daily basis, including: applications, pre-applications, enforcement appeals, appeals, certificates of lawful development, duty planner service & architectural drawings. In addition, I have personal experience working within the planning departments of councils across the country and experience as an Inspector for the Planning Inspectorate. These gave me a unique insight into the system.
