MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant. A fantastic service. Due to MZA, we now have approved plans enabling us to build the house of our dreams (with rear extension, loft extension and side extension). These were not straight forward plans but MZA worked with us and the council to ensure they were passed.

After many months of trying to have sensible conversations with the planning department at Hounslow, I was worn down to the point of giving up. At every opportunity Hounslow simply said NO and maintained a desire to show no common sense and almost demonstrated an appetite to simply play games because they could. I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.
