“I was so glad when I heard our appeal was successful. A massive thank you to you and your team! I will also recommend you to my family and frinds and my local contacts”.
…Many Thanks for your service, very quick, reliable and competent.
“Excellent and efficient services. Very reliable company, did achieve results for us in regards to our Full planning Application for a Place of Worship and Day Centre, will highly recommend MZA to anyone!”
Dear MZA, Thank you for all your hard work in winning the appeal against Hounslow Council’s decision to refuse planning for a wraparound and loft extension at Netheravon Road property in Chiswick. Most of the other companies I approached were not confident in handling the appeal and said there was little chance of the appeal being successful. You, however, believed that there was a good chance of having the appeal upheld, even if it was on a split decision. I am extremely happy with your work and have since recommended your company to other who are in a similar situation to mine.
Simon and I wanted to thank you and your team for your help with the trials and tribulations of our planning application. We’re thankful to have received approval, despite the ironic timing in the middle of a global pandemic so we can’t start work! But at least it’s over the line and we’ll work out a way to make the house habitable. We appreciate your calm and reassuring approach throughout a period of high stress for us. We would recommend your services to others.
A reliable and excellent service.
A very useful, extremely reliable service. Under the difficult circumstances the results were as good as could be expected & delays were entirely down to the Council.
After many months of trying to have sensible conversations with the planning department at Hounslow, I was worn down to the point of giving up. At every opportunity Hounslow simply said NO and maintained a desire to show no common sense and almost demonstrated an appetite to simply play games because they could. It was all very depressing until one day I received a post card through my door after my third rejected planning application. The post card was from MZA. A local, professional planning consultancy that suggested that they could help. I was very sceptical but thought that it was worth paying for a brief consultation. Without sounding too dramatic, that 20 minute meeting changed everything. The team at MZA felt very confident that all of my planning applications should have been accepted first time around. I followed the advice that I received from the expert consultants to the letter and they helped me and my architect navigate through the process of appeal. Last Thursday I received the last decision, again in my favour. 100% of Hounslow’s ridiculous decisions were overturned and I plan to start the build in a few weeks. As a Chiswick based surveyor and estate agent I meet so many people that have fallen victim to the same treatment from the local authority and I plan to send them all to MZA. If you feel that your local authority is behaving more like a David Brent sketch than an elected authority, give MZA a call. They talk sense and do what they say that are going to do. Truly excellent. Thank you to the whole team.
I have been dealing with MZA Planning for quite some time now and over the years I have been extremely pleased with the excellent level of service I have been shown. I appreciate and value their opinions and the direction they have given me over the years, helping me to navigate through quite complex Planning rules and regulations. I would strongly recommend anyone seeking Planning consultancy advice to speak to this firm, they won’t just tell you what you want to hear which is refreshing!
MZA had to conduct a demanding process of negotiation with, on the one hand, the multi-disciplinary design team taking on board the complexities of legislation and on the other, the local planning authorities. MZA are thorough in all aspects of the parts of the assignments they undertakes, despite the complexities he has been able to develop good working relationships on all fronts and is productive, not least in the patient preparation of responses to difficult multi-facated queries and scrutiny.
Our StoryOur planning consultants oversee a range of cases on a daily basis, including: applications, pre-applications, enforcement appeals, appeals, certificates of lawful development, duty planner service & architectural drawings. In addition, I have personal experience working within the planning departments of councils across the country and experience as an Inspector for the Planning Inspectorate. These gave me a unique insight into the system.
