I approached MZA and they reassured me they can help. Literally went through 12 rounds with the council and was knocked down every single round. I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant.
