MZA had to conduct a demanding process of negotiation with, on the one hand, the multi-disciplinary design team taking on board the complexities of legislation and on the other, the local planning authorities. MZA are thorough in all aspects of the parts of the assignments they undertakes, despite the complexities he has been able to develop good working relationships on all fronts and is productive, not least in the patient preparation of responses to difficult multi-facated queries and scrutiny.
Yussuf and Bho were great, they were patient and persistent with a very difficult planning dept at Hounslow – It was hard work but we got an acceptable result in the end!

I had contacted other planning companies before coming across MZA, but I did not get the same positive vibe as when I first met with Yussuf. MZA were the only company who readily came out on a site visit to understand my situation first hand. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to another company that charged me more for a few hours of work compared to MZA for the whole case. I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. We had also given up, and then by chance MZA contacted us and explained how they could help. To be honest, I did not think we would get anywhere but MZA put forward a very well researched case on our behalf and managed to appeal and obtain the permission we needed. I would recommend anyone who is having similar issues with the local authority to contact MZA.
