MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant. The entire organisation have been consistently and flawlessly professional throughout, have provided a steadying hand when needed and a relentless tenacity for success that would have you believe this was their own personal journey. The duration of this process extended to 18 months, throughout which MZA provided an honest, meticulous and personalised service – I can’t recommend them highly enough. In my opinion – anyone wanting planning advice would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn’t at least discuss their requirements with MZA

These guys never disappoint! I cannot thank Mr Yussuf and his team enough, every email and every phone call was either dealt with or returned. Great customer service which is always a major key in any business. We went with previous architects and had absolutely no hope after being rejected.
