I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to.
