Outbuilding as D1/C2 sensory room approved in Harrow
Posted: September 30, 2020
Our client received 2 previous refusals for the erection of an outbuilding for a sensory room.
We were then instructed and then advised our client on the best strategy to achieve approval. This included the submission of a Planning Statement and commissioning a noise impact assessment.
Harrow Council planning department were satisfied with the information submitted and recommended the application for approval. However, due to the volume of objections the application was referred to planning committee.
We represented our client at planning committee and explained the proposal to the committee members who voted and approved the application.
