Objections Process

We have helped many clients object to developments that would adversely affect them. We’ve worked with residents’ associations, business owners and householders to take the headache out of preparing an objection. The objections we prepare are focused on the planning issues at hand, and our knowledge of the planning system and insight maximises the chances of refusal. We understand that objections can be very stressful, and we can prepare objections within very tight timeframes, liaising directly with local planning authority officers to secure the desired outcome.

Objections we cover:

  • Residential Applications
  • Commercial Applications
  • Unauthorised Development
