Objection won for single storey outbuilding in Chiswick

We lodged an objection against a planning application to erect an outbuilding in Chiswick. We were successfully able to argue that the proposal in effect was seeking approval for a new dwelling at the bottom of the garden based on the provision of primary accommodation, size etc. Hounslow Council agreed with our assessment and duly refused planning permission for the proposal.
