Development: the material change of use of the rear section of the land to provide an independent self-contained dwelling
We were approached by our client threatened with enforcement action to demolish an outbuilding used previously used as a self-contained dwelling, turned into parking provision. We carefully compiled a detailed supporting appeal statement, arguing that the outbuilding has improved the visual amenity of the area through high-quality materials and good design practices.
Waltham Forest granted permission for our client to use the outbuilding for parking purposes.
