Pre-application and Application for change of use from Pub & Erection of a block of 9 Residential units
News was received that an application submitted for a block of 9 residential units at Lord Clyde, has been granteded by Lewsiham Council.
The client came to MZA for advise on the best strategy for a successful outcome. Extensive research of the planning history for the site and the nearby surrounding area was undertaken. The client was also invited into the office to discuss their case with a Planning Consultant. The client instructed MZA to produce a Planning Statement that was then submitted for the Pre-Application to the council.
The feedback received from Lewisham Council during the Pre-application process was constructive and a good indicator to gauge what could be approved once the application was submitted.
With the feedback received during the pre-application, relevant changes were discussed with the client. From this MZA prepared the planning statement that was submitted for the Planning Application.
From validation of the application the whole process took approximately 13 weeks for the application to be approved.
