Change of use from A1 to A3 approved in Ealing

We are pleased to announce that our application for a change of use from A1 to A3 (Class E) was approved in Ealing.

Previously used as an off-license, our client proposed an A3 restaurant use. We submitted plans alongside a supporting statement and the council granted the proposal acceptable.
