Staveley Road, Chiswick

Our client’s property was located in the Chiswick House grounds conservation area, and we were instructed to submit a number of applications and secured approval from Hounslow Council for the following:

Erection of a two storey side extension with front, side and rear roof windows, a single storey rear extension and creation of a basement with a front and a rear lightwell to the house.

In addition to this approval was obtained for a single storey side extension. The development has been completed.
