Planning Application:
London Borough of Lambeth
Brockwell Park
Planning Permission Granted for redevelopment of the site by the erection of a 3 storey building involving the change of use from Class B8 storage to provide 8 self-contained flats and the retention of one flat (making a total of 9 units), and the retention of the existing ground floor retail unit (Class A1).
The client approached us with a view to turning an old dis-used bakery and shop into 9 self-contained flats. MZA initiated negotiations with the Council and prepared drawings in accordance with Lambeth’s policies regarding residential development.
MZA prepared and submitted the application with supporting documentation including a parking survey, supporting statement and existing/ proposed plans and elevations.
The case was met with a favourable response from officers and planning permission was granted.
