Our client came to us with a proposal for an erection of a single storey rear extension (infill).

During the Pre-application stage of this case, the feedback received was positive and the Case Officer outlined that the proposed extension would not have a negative impact on neighbouring properties and therefore the proposal is considered to be acceptable. However the council did state that the design of the proposed roof should be amended in order for this to fit better with the existing flat roof.

From the feedback received a planning application was submitted.

Hounslow council approved the application as they considered it to comply with their policies and guidelines. Additionally they found that the design, scale and position was acceptable and would therefore not impede on the neighbours living conditions.
