Our client runs a high end nail salon in the heart of Mayfair. A temporary planning permission was due to expire and we were tasked with securing approval so that the business could continue to trade. We prepared a detailed Planning Statement that explained how the proposal complied with Westminster Council’s planning policies and why planning permission should be forthcoming. Issues included impact on the conservation area, impact on residential amenity and impact on the retail viability of the area. The application was approved with the Council granting a permanent planning approval.
