MZA was approached by the client who wanted to submit an objection to a Planning Application that was submitted to Wandsworth Council. The Application was in relation to a school and was for the demolition of the existing dining and teaching building, and replacement of kitchen /dining and teaching and nursery building.
The objector was opposed to the development because it would adversely affect their living conditions due to the design of the proposal.
A detailed Planning Objection was submitted outlining the effects of the proposal and argued that the proposed design should be amended.
Wandsworth Council agreed with points raised in the Objection statement and invalidated the application requesting revisions to the submitted plans.
The plans were subsequently revised taking on points raised in the objection.
