Approved: Hounslow single storey rear extension

We are thrilled to announce that the London Borough of Hounslow have approved our Householder Application for the erection of a single storey rear and a single storey side infill extension, erection of a rear roof extension and associated alterations.

This was the third planning application where MZA were appointed by the client. The mid-terrace, two-storey house maintains a high-quality design throughout, which was achieved through retaining the existing building’s brick materiality, keeping in line with the surrounding’s character.
