Approval: Planning Application for Change of Use from Guest House to accommodation for up to 9 young adults in Housing need and Caretaker accommodation and residential extensions

Hounslow Council: At MZA Planning we have gained approval for accommodation for young adults in Housing need.

The renovations for this extension of existing guest house included demolition of existing garages and replacement with single storey accommodation. The extension proposed of the existing hipped roofs to gabled roof were approved as well as an additional pitched roof over the side to form 2^nd floor accommodation. Furthermore we understood that our client required reinstatement of the kerb, which we have also gained approval for.
