Brent council have approved our which was found to comply with the relevant policies within the Development Plan, compromising the London Plan 2016 and other relevant policies that are involved with this.

Our client undertook changes to the front garden to facilitate parking and faced the threat of Planning Enforcement action. Our application reversed the planning permission and amended the Enforcement action.
