We’re happy to share a recent success story; our client sought planning permission for a dropped kerb on Heston Road. A previous application submitted by our client, had been refused a number of years ago.

Our Approach

• We prepared a detailed application, addressing all potential concerns.
• When Hounslow Council raised issues about compliance with their Residential Crossover and Off-Street Parking Policy, we involved transport consultant
• Instead, we engaged directly with the council, working collaboratively to understand and address their concerns.
• We made strategic amendments to the plans based on our discussions, including removal of access to a rear car parking space.

The Result

Through persistence and flexibility, we successfully obtained planning permission for the dropped kerb, delighting our client.
