MZA secured planning consent for a Sui Generis development located in a conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The proposal sought permission to use the ground floor of the property as a beauty and hair removal salon, providing three treatment studios, a waiting area and a sales/reception desk. The interior layout was carefully designed whilst the elevation retained an active frontage. MZA carefully prepared a planning statement and our client was able to open for business.
