Development: Conversion of roofspace to habitable use to include a rear dormer, 2 front dormers, 2 rooflights and conversion of both sides of roof from hip to gable end
Our client approached us following a refusal of planning permission by Hillingdon Council for a hip to gable roof extension and full-width rear dormer extension. located on a corner plot the Council argued that the proposal would be highly visible and harmful to the streetscene. We were able to successfully argue that the proposal wouldn’t be readily visible from the streetscene and would not be harmful to the character of the host property or wider area.
