Minor Material Amendment application granted planning permission in Richmond

The Royal Borough of Richmond Upon Thames has approved our application for a minor material amendment to allow for a flank window to be openable. We were able to argue that the reconfigure window by reason of the new proposed opening angle would not have an adverse impact on the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers.
