Objection won for proposed single family dwellinghouse in Hammersmith & Fulham
Posted: August 21, 2020
Our client instructed us to object to a backland residential development that was proposed to the rear of a parade of shops. We were able to lodge an objection focused on local and national planning policy. We argued that the development would have been cramped and spread over 3 levels would have an adverse impact on the neighbouring occupiers living conditions. The resultant residential accommodation would have also been deficient in floorspace standards and was wholly inappropriate. The Council refused planning permission.
