I used MZA to help with my application for planning permission to replace the shopfront of my cafe. After doing some research on a few planning consultants and reading some exemplary reviews I chose to go with MZA Planning. “When the Council first declined our extension project, I was gutted… only to find that we could do as much, if not more, under Permitted Development, on the advice of our architect.
