I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal. My appeal took just under 4 weeks to be allowed, this must be a record. MZA must have a magic potion!!! I will recommend them to everyone.

MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to. I concluded that it helps hugely to have a professional team to deal with the council and MZA were excellent in planning and presenting a novel approach to make planning approval a no-brainer. The team (Bho, Yusuf and Anita) were excellent and got me through the process with a minimal amount of stress, so if you are dealing with council planning, I would recommend a talk with MZA – you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Yussuf and Bho were great, they were patient and persistent with a very difficult planning dept at Hounslow – It was hard work but we got an acceptable result in the end!

“When the Council first declined our extension project, I was gutted… only to find that we could do as much, if not more, under Permitted Development, on the advice of our architect. As the work was pretty much finished, a council worker visited the property and rejected everything we had done as unlawful.
